How we handle the information you share with us.

What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, book title, optional Link to your book, and your message. We also receive the optional service or package selection, which you can change or clear before submitting.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your inquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to deliver the agreed services. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your permission.
How it is delivered and stored
Inquiries are sent to our inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. We also send an automatic acknowledgment to the address you provide. Inquiry contents are not stored in a separate website database. We keep correspondence only as long as needed for our work and records.
Spam prevention
The form uses a hidden spam field and a submission timestamp. The production server uses temporary keyed hashes of your connection IP address and email address to limit repeated submissions through Upstash. These counters expire after ten minutes. Raw IP addresses, email addresses, and inquiry content are not stored in those counters.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate website analytics to understand which pages are visited. These analytics do not use advertising cookies. When conversion measurement is enabled, we also count inquiry link clicks and successful submissions. These events do not include your name, email address, book title, or message.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete the information you sent by replying to any email from us.
